DAVISKENNELS DOES ALL BREEDINGS THROUGH A.I. ONLY THROUGH CANINE FROZEN SEMEN IN
TERRELL, TX. 972-524-5110. NO NATURAL BREEDINGS WILL BE DONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
BREEDINGS CAN BE SHIPPED FRESHED CHILLED OR FROZEN. IF DONE ON SITE, A LIVE COVER CAN BE DONE.
POLICY FOR APPROVED BITCHES:
1. BITCH MUST BE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF AGE. DAVISKENNELS WILL NOT BREED TO ANY FEMALE YOUNGER THAN 1 YEAR OF AGE.
2. BITCH MUST BE WITHIN UKC AND/OR ABKC STANDARDS AND HAVE ALL UKC AND/OR ABKC PAPERS AND HEALTH
CLEARANCES PRESENTED TO US AT THE TIME OF STUD SERVICE.
3.BITCH MUST BE IN GOOD HEALTH
4.BITCH OWNERS MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING PROGESTRONE TESTING AS NEEDED.
5.BITCH OWNER MUST AGREE TO TAKE PROPER CARE OF THE PUPPIES
CONDITIONS
STUD OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Provide bitch owner with a complete 4 generation pedigree of the dog (upon request)
2. Take normal adequate care of the bitch while in our care.
3. Have the stud dog in good physical condition
4. Sign litter registration promptly and return to bitch owner.
5. Provide a repeat stud service of the same dog to the same bitch at least 2 more time at no charge IF THE BITCH DOES NOT
CONCEIVE. If the bitch does not conceive after the 3rd attempt, Daviskennels will refund 75% of the stud fee or transfer full amount of
credit for a pup. Credit will be deducted from the full price of the pup. If no pregnancy results from the mating, the bitch owner must notify
the stud dog owner of failure to conceive by phone,writing or email not more than 65 days following the mating. Failure to notify stud
owner in 65 days, contract will be void and all monies will be forfieted.If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason for the return
service, money paid can be used as a 100% credit toward another stud service or pup or stud owner will refund stud fee at 75%.
6. Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record of the breeding dates.

BITCH OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Provide dog food for the female for the length stay at Daviskennels. (If Daviskennels has to provide dog food, their will be a charge of
$3.00 per day.)
2. Pay the agreed stud service fee before the bitch is serviced.
3. Provide a 4 generation pedigree before servicing (upon request)
4. Send bitch in good health and in season.
5. Notify stud dog owner in writing,phone or by email no later than 65 days after mating if no pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to
do so will result in no return stud service and all monies will be forfeited.
6. Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally, before mating season is
finished.
7. Make arrangements for pick up after breeding days are complete OR boarding fees will apply after the 5th day.

OTHER CONDITIONS
1. 2 OR MORE PUPPIES CONSTITUTES A LITTER. HOWEVER, IF ONLY ONE PUPPY RESULTS FROM THIS MATING, A RETURN
SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE TO THIS SAME BITCH AT HER NEXT HEAT, OR WITHIN ONE YEAR, PROVIDED ALL
CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT HAVE BEEN MET.
2. DAVISKENNELS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARIAN COSTS OR FEES RESULTING FROM THIS BREEDING.
STUD SERVICE FEE:
*THE FEE FOR STUD SERVICE IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
*NO UKC/ABKC PAPERS WILL BE SIGNED UNTIL THE STUD FEE IS PAID IN FULL. IN THE CASE OF A PUP BACK DEAL FOR STUD
SERVICE, REGISTRATION PAPERS NEED TO RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE EXCHANGE.
*A BOARDING FEE OF $5 DOLLARS A DAY WILL BE ADDED TO STUD FEE FOR ANY FEMALE THAT STAYS LONGER THAN FIVE DAYS.
*ANY DAMAGES MADE TO STUD OWNERS PROPERTY OR KENNEL BY THE BITCH DUE TO LACK OF TRAINING ON THE BITCH
OWNERS PART WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU ON THE DAY YOU PICK YOUR BITCH UP FROM BREEDING.
